Brief
Build where water meets city. A cultural vessel that reflects the Bosphorus in its glass and weathers with the strait's salt air — permanent enough to anchor, transparent enough to disappear.
Gallery hall — concrete, arched glass, shadow geometry
Material junction — corten / glass interface
Waterfront presence — concrete, corten, glass
